Job Title: Assitant Manager-Learning & Development Location: Thane Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Learning & Development / Corporate Training About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic L&D professional to design and deliver impactful training programs across teams. The ideal candidate will identify skill gaps, enhance team capabilities, and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans. ● Design and deliver engaging training modules and workshops. ● Train new joiners to become job-ready and perform their assigned tasks effectively. ● Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training documentation. ● Use Microsoft 365 tools to design presentations, track performance, and report outcomes. ● Measure training effectiveness and share progress reports with management. ● Support implementation of new digital and AI-based learning tools. ● Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload courses, track progress, and generate reports. Required Skills: ● Minimum 3+ years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training (Educational Content Writing Background preferred)● Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). ● Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. ● Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. ● Exposure to AI-driven learning or digital training tools (preferred). Qualification: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. ● Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
