About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with major clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Strategically expand the customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative marketing techniques.
Create and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Serve as the communication link between clients and internal teams, including design, marketing, and operations.
Resolve customer issues and handle complaints to maintain trust.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable client insights.
Prepare and share regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
