We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Staffing Industry
Are you a relationship-driven professional with a knack for managing client accounts and delivering staffing solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and lead partnerships with key clients in the staffing industry
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key clients , ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions across various industries.
Act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving challenges and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and deliver on client expectations.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry .
Managing entire client management, relationship building, stakeholder management, account mining, grievances, negotiations, etc.
Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
Proven track record in client relationship management and meeting revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of staffing processes and industry trends is a plus.
