Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. The BDM will work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the company meets its growth objectives.

CTC: upto 10LPA

Experience :- 6-15 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

-Identify and develop new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, sectors, and market trends to develop new revenue streams.

-Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.

-Sales and negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, close deals, and achieve set sales targets.

-Market research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

-Strategy development: Work with senior management to create and implement strategies for business growth, including geographic expansion, new product offerings, and partnership development.

-Proposal development: Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and presentations to potential clients.

-Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

-Report and track progress: Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of business initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, B.E or a related field.

-Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisionmakers.

-Strong negotiation and closing skills

-Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and develop new business opportunities.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Familiarity with digital marketing and sales strategies.
