Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies upto closure of the opportunity.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience working with a Real Estate Developer or related company in Business Development Team
  • Understanding of the real estate business, cash flows, etc
  • Strong inter personal skills in dealing with clients, Land Owners, Society Members, etc.
  • Proven experience in real estate business development, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand data and bring effective conclusive summaries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Understanding of market research and sales techniques
