About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to oversee and manage the relationship with a Fortune 100 client in the Industrial Manufacturing sector. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the client to identify opportunities, manage expectations, and address any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.
Lead account planning, execution, and reporting to ensure client objectives are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
Identify and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the account.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their business outcomes.
Travel to client sites as required to foster relationships and manage expectations effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-8 years of experience in managing accounts for Fortune 100 GCCs (preferably in the industrial manufacturing sector).
Strong understanding of account management principles, business development, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (native fluency required).
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
