Job Role: Accounts Manager
Experience: 10+ Years in Construction, Manufacturing and other relevant industries in the below roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GST Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns (monthly/annual).
- Coordinate GST TDS filings and manage non-filers.
- Forecast GST liabilities and manage Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) compliance.
- Report on creditors aging beyond 180 days.
2. Accounting Functions:
- Manage e-invoicing and firm receipts accounting.
- Reconcile M book records and subcontracting activities.
- Handle new accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
3. Financial Finalization:
- Finalize accounts, including P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Verify loan statements and ensure timely TDS and Advance Tax payments.
- Follow up on TDS corrections and maintain individual financial records.
4. Bank Coordination:
- Liaise with banks for CMA, cash flow, and fund flow preparation.
- Submit Drawing Power statements and manage BG & OD renewals.
- Prepare financial projections and update project details.
5. Legal Compliance & Updates:
- Stay informed on GST and Income Tax amendments, ensuring compliance.
- File necessary MCA forms and amendments.
6. Credit Rating & Documentation:
- Assist in maintaining credit rating.
- Draft letters, agreements, and tender documents.
7. Forward Planning:
- Anticipate future financial transactions and plan accordingly.
Desired Skills:
-Possess strong financial acumen, GST expertise, and accounting proficiency, with over 10 years of experience in the construction, manufacturing, and other relevant industries in these roles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office tools.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to continuous learning.
