About Us:
We are a leading luxury decorative lighting company, renowned for our bespoke solutions in high-end projects. As part of our strategic growth, we are looking to expand our presence in the GCC and EU markets. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our international market expansion efforts.
Intent of the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth in the GCC and EU regions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence internationally. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate leads, close deals, and establish a strong foothold in these key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the GCC and EU markets, driving growth and establishing our brand in these regions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and secure contracts for high-end decorative lighting projects.
Strategic Partnerships: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with local distributors, agents, and key stakeholders to enhance market presence and drive sales.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor strategies effectively.
Client Engagement: Engage with international clients, provide product information, and negotiate deals to meet business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align international business strategies with overall company goals and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on international markets.
Proven track record of expanding business into GCC and/or EU regions.
Strong understanding of international market dynamics and business practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with international clients and partners.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Experience in the lighting industry or luxury products is a plus.
