Burson is looking for an Account Director / Senior Manager – Investor Relations for our Gurugram office with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing Investor Relations for mid- to large-sized listed companies across a diverse range of sectors. This role will focus on planning and execution of investor relations function for clients.
A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will help you navigate our terrain like a pro. Experience in managing IPOs would be an added advantage.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to promote understanding of the company’s business model and performance
- Support in the preparation of earnings calls narratives and presentations to investors and analysts
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
- Develop and maintain corporate governance materials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with guidance from the company secretarial department
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyze stock performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare press releases, investor presentations, and other communications materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions with reference to capital markets.
Education -
Graduation / Post Graduation in Public Relations or Marketing Communication.
