To learn more about the company please visit Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of cold calling, lead generation, email marketing and outreach prospecting Job Responsibilities Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling to introduce services and generate interest. Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify leads to pass onto the sales team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Develop strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads. Linked In Sales Navigator: Utilize Linked In Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach. Engage with potential leads through Linked In messaging and other communication channels. Apollo Email Marketing & Lead Sourcing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Apollo. Source and clean leads to ensure data accuracy and quality. Track email performance metrics and suggest improvements. Hub Spot CRM Hub & Marketing Hub Management: Manage and optimize CRM workflows. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field. Hands on experience with Email marketing campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to prospect and cold call effectively. Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools. Proven experience with Hub Spot CRM Hub and Marketing Hub. Strong knowledge of Apollo for email marketing and lead management. Proficient in using Linked In Sales Navigator for lead generation. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Working Hours US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 2 or 3 AM (depending on business needs).
