Zubcon is India's 1st distributed inventory platform for manufacturers, providing real-time visibility and control over raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across every plant, vendor, and jobworker. We empower manufacturers with AI-powered insights and powerful inventory dashboards to make smarter production planning, purchasing, and dispatch decisions while staying audit-ready.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting manufacturing companies into Zubcon customers. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about transforming how manufacturers manage their inventory operations.

Identify and research potential manufacturing clients across various industries (automotive, tractors, EV, etc.)
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Leverage digital tools and platforms to generate leads and track prospect engagement

Sales & Relationship Management
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Gather market feedback to inform product development and positioning strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials

Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Experience & Background
~2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, manufacturing, or supply chain technology
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
~ Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil/Hindi
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics
Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, or supply chain processes (preferred)
Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu and other key manufacturing hubs
Prior experience selling to manufacturing companies
Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software
Existing network within Tamil Nadu's manufacturing ecosystem
