Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and build a strong online community.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager at Rotimatic, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement data-driven strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and foster customer loyalty across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling, on-brand content (visuals, videos, blogs, and stories) tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build meaningful relationships with customers and advocates.
  • Social Listening and Insights: Monitor conversations and trends to identify opportunities for brand storytelling and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate insights, and provide recommendations to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of building successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills with an eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent communication and community management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Passion for food tech, innovation, and connecting with a global audience.
