Founder: Arthi Ramalingam, 9+ years of experience in E-commerce, Second Time Founder in Jewelry Space, Marketing Leader (Ex-udaan) Position Overview: Be the voice of Eternz Your role involves creating compelling content strategies, executing content calendars, and driving audience growth and engagement through innovative social media initiatives. Goal: 1000 to 10 K to 100 K to 1 M+ quality followers on Eternz social media handle Core Responsibilities: As a Social Media Manager, you will be an integral part of our branding & marketing team. Your responsibilities will include: Develop creative and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics. Generate original and engaging copywriting that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high- quality multimedia content that showcases products, brand identity, and lifestyle. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and interactions. Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, driving community engagement and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities for user-generated content, partnerships, and collaborations to amplify brand reach and awareness. Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, outlining content themes, post schedules, and promotional campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal trends. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to align social media activities with product launches, events, and promotions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media analytics to optimize content strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and legal/regulatory requirements across all social media channels. Review and approve user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and sponsored posts to maintain brand integrity and alignment with brand values. Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design or related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked In. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content ideation. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for social media trends, pop culture, and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation. Experience with social media advertising, influencer marketing, and paid promotions is desirable. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for live events or real-time engagement.
