Position Overview:

Be the voice of Eternz Your role involves creating compelling content strategies, executing content calendars, and driving audience growth and engagement through innovative social media initiatives. Goal: 1000 to 10K to 100K to 1M+ quality followers on Eternz social media handle

Core Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be an integral part of our branding & marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop creative and visually appealing content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
  • Generate original and engaging copywriting that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high- quality multimedia content that showcases products, brand identity, and lifestyle.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and interactions.
  • Foster meaningful conversations and relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, driving community engagement and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for user-generated content, partnerships, and collaborations to amplify brand reach and awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, outlining content themes, post schedules, and promotional campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal trends.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to align social media activities with product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media analytics to optimize content strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and legal/regulatory requirements across all social media channels.
  • Review and approve user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and sponsored posts to maintain brand integrity and alignment with brand values.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, preferably in the retail or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content ideation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for social media trends, pop culture, and emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
  • Experience with social media advertising, influencer marketing, and paid promotions is desirable.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for live events or real-time engagement.
