The Role:

We are looking for a Social Media maverick who is an expert story-teller, can come up with great ideas and strategies for digital campaigns, and is a hard-working team player. Strong writing skills in English are mandatory and an interest in Public Relations are a plus. You will be expected to interface with client partners on a regular basis and will plan, create, and execute original digital content across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be working on podcasts, social media lives, and other digital properties of the company and other clients including newsletters.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies for podcasts
  • Create original content, research, and identify topics and podcast guests
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
  • Oversee various social media account management
  • Manage social media channels and platforms
  • Help write and plan content for newsletters
  • Conceptualise and implement media strategies to yield influences and tracking on a media platform
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
  • Prepare event and campaign reports and statistics
  • Create and manage editorial calendars and schedules for postings


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Minimum 1-2 year’s of experience in a social media/content team
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field
  • Ability to create video and text content on social content creation apps
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail, fact-checking, and accuracy
  • A brilliant analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
