Role Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a full-time on-site employee located in HSR, Bengaluru, you will handle all of our social media platforms and create compelling content to engage our customers. You will also work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and track their success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with experience in creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop new and exciting approaches to social media content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Act as the primary point of contact for our user concerns and queries in social media
Experience in creating video content would be an added advantage
You will work closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization to plan and execute social media campaigns and track their success.
