Position: Social Media Manager & Content Creator
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience

What You'll Do:
- Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Craft and implement innovative social media plans that align with our brand and engage our audience across all platforms.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, and graphics for various social media channels.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze Performance: Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Skills: Proficient in photography, copy writing, videography, graphic design, and social media tools.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion: A genuine passion for social media, digital trends, and storytelling.
