Job Title: Social Media Manager (Blockchain Focus) - Permanent Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Our Following: Craft and implement strategies to expand our social media audience and elevate brand visibility within the blockchain and cryptocurrency communities.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and foster active participation within our Discord and Telegram communities, ensuring positive growth and member satisfaction.
  • Create Captivating Content: Produce compelling blog posts, social media content, and informative video guides that educate and engage our audience.
  • Stay Active: Maintain a consistent social media presence with regular updates and tweets to drive interaction and keep our audience informed.
  • Expand Our Reach: Identify and collaborate with brands and influencers to enhance our reach and launch joint marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or tech industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Blockchain Savvy: Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative Thinker: Strong ability to think creatively and generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track and measure campaign success.
  • Adaptable: Quick to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends.
  • SEO Knowledge: Skilled in implementing SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
