Role Summary : As part of our mission, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive our customer acquisition strategies and fuel the next phase of growth. Role and Responsibilities As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will: Develop and Execute Growth Strategies : Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital and offline channels to achieve aggressive growth targets. Performance Marketing Leadership : Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency. Data-Driven Decision-Making : Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and refine strategies. Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams : Work cross-functionally to align growth strategies with product development, branding, and customer engagement initiatives. Optimize Conversion Funnels : Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and drive engagement at every stage of the funnel. Partnerships and Affiliates : Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and complementary brands to expand Rotimatic’s reach and customer base. Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools to ensure Rotimatic remains a leader in its category. Qualifications 8–12 years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably in the consumer tech or D2 C space. Working on a 100 Cr+ D2 C revenue (not marketplace revenue) company handling a minimum monthly budget of 1 Cr. Having a deep consumer market understanding and mindset, a detailed understanding of the channel-wise attribution model Managed a team of a minimum of 3-5 team members. Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition efforts through data-driven strategies. Worked on other channels apart from paid ads for acquisition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-backed decisions.
