Regional sales manager

Responsibilities
- Lead generation for new applications on food applications (Snack foods, Chocolates, Confectionery, Candies & Gummies)
- Industrial Experience is a must
- Able to communicate with prospects and share detailed information to the concerned team or principal.
- Taking ownership of machineries and technical hands-on experience in handling capital equipment
- Should be able to understand the customer applications and recommend solutions
- Coordinating and follow up with clients/team/principals for demonstrations, shipments, and quotes etc.
- Market data and awareness of competition shall be an added advantage.
- Participating in Trade-Shows and should have the willingness to travel PAN-India
- Able to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical schematics/drawings.
Qualifications and Skills-
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food machinery or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food
- Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
