Job Description
At Lumberfi, we believe that a high-performing sales team is the key to driving our growth. We are seeking a qualified Sales Development Associate (SDA) to identify and screen potential customers who can benefit from our platform and services. As the first point of contact with prospects, the ideal SD will have a solid understanding of the sales process and excel in researching leads, building relationships, and setting up the sales team for success.
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to determine how our solutions can address them.
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for further engagement and closure.
- Schedule meetings and meet quarterly quota targets.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our offerings.
- Maintain and grow a prospect database within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging U.S. clients and prospects.
- Any undergraduate degree preferred (not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales development or inside sales is a must.
- Strong listening and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
