**Job Description Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Identify new market opportunities
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to the product development team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management

**Expected Experience & Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably Fintech/payouts industry
- Experience with Outbound Sales
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Ability to assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the BFSI sector and fintech solutions preferred

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
