About the Role: As a Presales Lead for Data and Digital Solutions at Delphi, you will champion client engagements, crafting tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms. With a knack for aligning business needs with technical capabilities, you’ll create compelling proposals and presentations while fostering trusted relationships with enterprise clients. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive impactful client engagements and business growth.
What You’ll Do:
Presales Leadership : Lead presales efforts for Data and Digital solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Databricks offerings.
Proposal Development : Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Solution Collaboration : Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and feasible.
Client Problem-Solving: Proactively identify client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of solutions, maintaining quality and timelines.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven Expertise: 10+ years’ experience in presales, with at least 6+ years dedicated to leading presales efforts for Data and Digital solutions
Solution Selling : Proven ability to sell both Data and Digital solutions.
Technical Knowledge : Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and other enterprise-grade platforms
Presales & Delivery Leadership: Strong understanding of presales processes, including solution design, proposal development, and alignment with delivery capabilities.
Delivery Experience: Proven experience in managing or overseeing solution delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes
Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to present and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Metrics Management : Experience in managing business metrics and achieving sales targets.
