Role Description: Presales ExecutiveThis is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive at TG Developers in Bengaluru. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, RFP management, and customer service on a daily basis.

Qualification- Graduate /Post Graduate

Roles and Responsibility:

 Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same. Making calls: Using inbound and outbound calls to contact potential and existing customers Responsible for lead follow up and lead conversions. Coordinating site visits with clients. Coordinate with CRM and Marketing team. Corporate events and activities for lead generation. Identifying the prospects by cold calling. Give them the presentation of the projects and take them to the site. Explain detail information of the project and close the deal. Build relationships with new clients. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business Handle critical issues of the project in co-ordination with the Site staff. Participate in Exhibitions and Trade shows. Managing good relationship with customers. Interaction with existing and newcustomers. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Presentable candidate with Good Telephone Etiquette, Convincing Skills. Should be able to work with a Team. Good at Computers .(MS- Office)
