Reporting to the Sales or Business Development Manager, this role plays a key part in driving sponsorship and media revenue by building strong pipelines, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities.Ideal for ambitious, high-energy professionals with prior B2B sales experience who want to work closely with senior leaders across Tech, AI, and Data and grow into leadership over time.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation- Identify and engage potential sponsors and media clients in technology, AI, and data-driven organisations.- Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to build interest and secure meetings.Sales Execution- Present and pitch sponsorship packages for global events and conferences.- Collaborate with the Sales or Business Development Manager to develop tailored proposals.- Support negotiations and contribute to closing deals.Pipeline Management- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM.- Keep activity logs, follow-ups, and progress updated consistently.Desired Skills and Experience- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development, ideally in sponsorship or events.- Strong communication and presentation abilities with confidence engaging senior executives.- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
