Role Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving work culture, managing talent acquisition, and supporting the well-being of our team. This role requires a proactive leader who aligns HR strategies with our mission to revolutionize mental health care.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in healthcare, technology, and business domains.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences that resonate with MyndWynd’s values and mission.

2.Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
  • Drive initiatives to create an inclusive, diverse, and mentally healthy work environment.

3.Performance Management:

  • Implement performance evaluation frameworks and provide guidance to managers on employee development plans.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

4.Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop HR policies and procedures that reflect the company’s ethos and adhere to local labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate employee records.

5.Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize workshops, webinars, and upskilling programs for employees.
  • Promote leadership development to build a pipeline of future leaders.

6.HR Operations:

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee wellness programs effectively.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and improve decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR management experience, preferably in startups or healthtech organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about mental health and well-being.
