Role Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving work culture, managing talent acquisition, and supporting the well-being of our team. This role requires a proactive leader who aligns HR strategies with our mission to revolutionize mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in healthcare, technology, and business domains.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences that resonate with MyndWynd’s values and mission.
2.Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and execute programs that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and productivity.
- Drive initiatives to create an inclusive, diverse, and mentally healthy work environment.
3.Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation frameworks and provide guidance to managers on employee development plans.
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
4.Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop HR policies and procedures that reflect the company’s ethos and adhere to local labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
5.Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize workshops, webinars, and upskilling programs for employees.
- Promote leadership development to build a pipeline of future leaders.
6.HR Operations:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee wellness programs effectively.
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR management experience, preferably in startups or healthtech organizations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about mental health and well-being.
