Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:  Knowledge on Motion Control and Market experience of 3+Years.  Passion to create new markets and identify new applications related to Motion Control.  Business development in Motion control and enrich FIL knowledge on Motion Control Business potential in India operations.  Identify, Introduce, promote and sell FANUC products in the motion control segments.  Technical Expertise in FANUC products to introduce for Motion Control Segment.  A Self enabler to develop and Create opportunities to sell Factory Automation products & systems in various industrial/factory automation segments.  To work out actions and Initiatives to approach new customers and convert them to consider FANUC products. Identification of Market potentials and develop strategy to improve business.  Responsible for new business and revenue creation in the assigned sales region.  To Develop and establish integrator network. Work with system integrators and solution providers to convert automation projects using FANUC products.  Value proposition & skill set to propose optimized configurations by creating optimized BOMs w.r.t competition as well as past knowledge of Automation system business (either process or factory).  Collate and analyze market information on Competitor data and sharing of information. Sound knowledge of competitor Automation portfolio and their customers.  Improve the product awareness through exhibitions, seminars, road shows etc.  Ensure timely preparation and reporting of all the sales related MIS.  Liaison with application team to provide complete solutions to customers.  Key Account responsibility for the region he/she is assigned for. Profile Expectation:  BE / B Tech in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.  Knowledge of various motion control segments such as Packaging, Printing, Textile, Servo presses, Friction welding. Technical expertise on Controller+PLC+Drives, etc for Motion Control.  3 to 6 years of experience, out of which 1 to 3 years of Sales in Engineering in PLC/Motion Controller Sales industry.  Knowledge and contacts of system integrators, solution providers and channel partners  Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines  Proficient in MS Office applications  Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills.  Proven ability in marketing, new business development, multitasking and prioritizing workload.  Flair to travel extensively, meet creative people in the engineering world.  Creative and person with strong inclination to develop new business.e in the engineering world.
