Job description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our team and drive sales of our boiler products to customers in the commercial and industrial sector. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical or mechanical background, experience with B2B instrument selling, the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions that meet those needs, as well as experience in designing proposals, quotation estimation and understanding of design tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company's products.
  • Stay current on industry developments and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analysis and ROI estimates.
  • Support the design of customer solutions using design tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in designing proposals, quotation estimation and understanding of design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales track record and ability to close deals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
