Nippetals is a global brand (Shopify + marketplaces) in adhesive bras, nipple covers, and boob tape—scaling fast across India, the U.S., and beyond. We’re looking for a full-stack growth owner to take us 1 → 10 .You’ll own (end-to-end):• Meta: Full-funnel build, exclusions, creative/offer testing, budget pacing to CAC/ROAS/MER• Google: Search, PMax, YouTube; query sculpting, asset groups, Shopping feed hygiene• Amazon: SP/SB/SD; keyword & ASIN harvesting, dayparting, placement multipliers, TACoS• Analytics (your #1 skill): GA4, GTM, clean UTMs, blended vs platform ROAS, contribution margin, LTV/cohorts; automate dashboards in Sheets/Looker Studio• CRO & Landing Pages: Identify leaks, ship A/B tests, lift CVR/AOV with tight ad→page→offer fit• Creative Engine: Brief UGC/influencers, rapid learning cadence, clear hypotheses + next actionsWhat success looks like (first 90 days):0–30: Audit + stabilize tracking/structure, stand up one source of truth, launch 6–10 tests31–60: Restructure for efficiency, pace to MER, launch 2–3 high-intent LPs, tighten Amazon TACoS61–90: Automate reporting, set quarterly roadmap, compound MoM growth with clear ritualsMust-haves:• 3–7+ years hands-on-keyboard across Meta/Google/Amazon (brand or performance agency)• Proven scale with ₹5L–₹30L+/mo budgets to profitable outcomes• Fluent in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets (pivots, queries, regex)• Built creative testing systems (hook hierarchy, first-3-seconds, offer framing)• Real CRO wins (hypothesis → test → lift → rollout)• Exceptionally organized : naming conventions, test logs, calendars, SOPsHow we work:• Owner mindset: protect margin & cash; bias to action and clarity• All hands on deck: start as an IC; interns will report to you as we scale—bring leadershipApply:Email with your resume/LinkedIn, 2 campaign tear-downs (what/why/results), and a one-page 30-day testing plan .Subject: “Nippetals PMM – I Ship Results.”
