As a trusted partner, you’ll help architects discover innovative solutions, align our offerings with their design goals, and position Stylam as the go-to brand for surface innovations. What You’ll Do Build Architect Partnerships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with architects, ensuring Stylam’s solutions are integrated into their projects. Promote Innovative Products: Introduce Stylam’s portfolio of high-quality products, including anti-fingerprint laminates and eco-friendly materials, through tailored presentations and interactive demos. Identify Business Opportunities: Understand architects’ project pipelines, provide expert guidance, and influence key decisions to include Stylam in project specifications. Deliver Outstanding Support: Act as a liaison between architects and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, customization support, and seamless project execution. Foster Loyalty: Create a memorable experience for architects by offering exclusive benefits, recognition, and access to valuable resources. Drive Program Success: Maintain up-to-date records of engagements, lead follow-ups, and progress in CRM systems, contributing to overall program performance. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-3 years in relationship management, sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, preferably in B2 B, architectural, or design-focused industries. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field. Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with a knack for engaging technical and creative audiences. A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. Passion for Design: A keen interest in architecture, design, or building materials is highly desirable. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and basic design or presentation software.
