Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – USA Market Location: Remote (Night Shift) Salary:15-30 Lacs plus commission About Us: We are a leading Saa S company revolutionizing the childcare software industry with our innovative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our presence in the USA market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients in the USA market through email, calls, and Linked In. Product Demos: Conduct high-quality product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and interest in our software solutions. Required Qualifications: Saa S Experience: Proven experience in selling Saa S solutions, preferably in the childcare, education, or related industries. US Sales Expertise: Familiarity with the USA market, including sales techniques, customer behavior, and business etiquette. Demo Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and articulate the value proposition effectively. Night Shift: Comfortable working night shifts to align with US business hours. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to sales. CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms. Target-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the childcare or education software industry is a plus. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
