Position summary : The BDR acts as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, focusing on generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods. This role typically involves cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients. Key Roles & Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calls, and email campaigns. Client Engagement : Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and suggest suitable services. Sales Support : Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide them with detailed information about prospects. CRM Management : Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software like Salesforce. Market Research : Conduct research through different tools to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring all logistical details are confirmed. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., CRM, Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesforce) Communication Skills, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, B2 B Marketing.
