Position: Business Development Representative- Start-up , North America Market We're looking for energetic, driven professionals with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates are eager to progress through a clear learning and earning path. At Chargebee, we offer a fast-paced, innovative environment with the tools, resources, and leadership you need to excel in selling business application solutions and advance your career BDRs strategically develop and qualify revenue opportunities in North American territories, working closely with Account Executives (AEs). We’re looking for highly motivated, tenacious self-starters for this role. Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities to fuel Chargebee's sales pipeline. Create and prioritize strategic target account lists for North America (companies with 50-99 employees). Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, Linked In In Mails, and video prospecting. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas . Required Skills: At least 1 year of Business Development experience in the Saa S space (new business development, cold calling, planning/strategy). A track record in prospecting the North American market and international experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High energy and a positive attitude. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Note: This is a role that requires you to work from 7 pm to 4 am IST for North America This is a hybrid role, and the BDR should be willing to relocate to Bangalore or Chennai.
