About Wisemonk.io:

Wisemonk.io is a leading EOR (Employer of Record) India SaaS platform. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help drive our sales efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Wisemonk.io, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers for our EOR India SaaS platform. Your primary focus will be on running outbound campaigns and generating quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the EOR India market
  • Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging prospects via phone, email, and social media
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
