Position Title : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Remote
Reports To : Sales Manager / Sales Director
Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven inside sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales Conversion :
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, present products and services, and close sales over the phone or through online platforms.
- Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations :
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Reporting :
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-Up :
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, handle any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet sales targets.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be good in Hindi and English language.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B IT sales, CRM software, or Fresher with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of specific products or services offered by the company.
- Ability to handle objections and navigate complex sales cycles.
Note: This is a contract-based position for 3 to 6 months (depending on the performance) and will be paid as per the performance, not a fixed salary. Once the candidate completes the contract period and based on the performance, the below benefits will be provided to the candidate apart from a fixed salary.
