Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic sales team at MVB Digi Marketing Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum (dependent on performance)
About the Role:This is a contract-based position for 3 to 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to work with a leading digital marketing company. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales conversion, relationship management, and sales reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, present products and services, and close sales over the phone or through online platforms.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, handle any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be proficient in Hindi and English language.
