Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Sales Associate / Inside Sales / Telesales position at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment) in New Delhi. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
1) Admission Counsellor/Senior Admission Counsellor
CTC: 4-4.5 lpa Fixed plus Incentives
Qualifications
- Inside Sales skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in sales
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use Sales techniques to improve revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Track all business-related invoices
- Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
