Role Overview: As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

You will leverage data analytics to drive insights and inform strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Design and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and increase lifetime value.

Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels, ensuring they are aligned with brand messaging and goals.

Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviours.

Use insights to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.

Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and offers based on customer behaviour and demographics.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall brand strategy.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Journey Mapping: Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey and develop strategies to enhance the overall experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, or customer experience roles, preferably in a D2 C environment.

Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Webengage, Clever Tap, Moengage, Netcore).

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
