Salesforce CRM

Modules in co-ordination with HQ team & Business Stakeholders.Drive end to end journey based B2C campaignsCo-ordinate with Kia HQ & CRM operations team for managing day to day CRM operationsPlan & Execute Salesforce CRM & DMS enhancementsDefine customer data management strategy and related initiatives to enhance customer base & Dealer performanceAnalyse customer data quality & Consent management.Monitor CRM KPIs through CRM dashboardsPrepare Management reports & approvals

Required-At least 3 years role relevant experience. Total 5~10 years overall experienceMandatory experience in CRM function (preferably in automobile domain)Required hands on experience in

marketing cloud,

service cloud, sales cloud.Problem solver with good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a team and independentlyResolve and/or escalate issues within a well-timed routineProject and People Management.Ability to plan and produce reports using MS Office and other basic IT tools.

Eligibility -MBA or EquivalentSalesforce certification is mustEnglish & Hindi is a must
