Position: Sr. Sous ChefCompany: Indulge CreameryLocation: Bandra, MumbaiSalary: ₹50,000 - 80,000 per month (based on experience)Experience: 8 years (café, bistro, QSR, or cloud kitchen background preferred)About the role:Indulge Creamery is a new-age, premium ice cream-focused café opening soon in Bandra, Mumbai.We are seeking a passionate and energetic Head Chef to take charge of food operations, menu execution, team training, and quality control.This is a hands-on kitchen leadership role (no gas, all-electric), with the opportunity to helm one of the city’s most exciting dessert and coffee destinations.Key responsibilities:Oversee daily kitchen and food production, ensuring consistencyLead the entire outlet team in executing a premium café menu (Eggs, breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, ice cream-based desserts)Drive the gourmet burgers and sandwich narrative by introducing, updating, and perfecting recipes—with particular strength in European, Continental, and Mediterranean cuisineCollaborate closely with consulting chefs, taking an active role in menu R&D and trials, recipe development, and platingSpearhead the outlet’s sundae program—leading creative ideation and execution around ice cream-based dessertsMaintain the highest hygiene, food safety, and quality standardsCo-ordinate with storekeeper and manage ordering, stock, and kitchen administrationTrain and motivate team members for service excellenceInnovate with seasonal, ice cream-driven, and cafe-forward food conceptsRequirements:Strong experience (minimum 8 years as CDP/Sous/Head Chef; QSR, café or similar background)Proven skills in electric/induction cooking, fryer, and live counter serviceExpertise in gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and modern café cuisine (European/Continental/Mediterranean focus essential)Proven record in team management and kitchen SOPEnergetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern desserts, cafe food, and ingredient-driven cookingMumbai/Bandra-based or ready to relocate preferredSalary up to ₹80,000/month depending on experience (for head chef )To apply:Send your CV and a brief note on your café or dessert experience to DM us here / apply via LinkedIn.About Mettle Hospitality:We are a top F&B consulting team in India, helping build iconic brands, menus, and operations.
