We are looking for 3 Sous Chefs who will be managing the daily operations of restaurant and hotel kitchens and ensuring that all food served meets the highest quality standards. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d like to meet you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The sous chef’s responsibilities include setting up menus, preparing high-quality dishes and be familiar with sanitation regulations.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
- Designing the plating presentation for each dish
- Cooking food in a timely manner
- Coordinating kitchen staff
- Informing wait staff about daily specials
- Slightly modifying recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
- Checking freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Culinary school diploma
- 5 years proven work experience from a 5-star hotel

**Skills**
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management ability
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
