This role requires someone who can handle end-to-end recruitment, source niche talent, and understand multiple non-IT domains such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Banking, Financial Services, Retail , and more.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients across IT and Non-IT domainsSource and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreachScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews, presenting only high-quality candidatesHandle hiring for diverse Non-IT roles like Business Analysts, Finance, Operations, Healthcare, Retail, Engineering, etc.Maintain strong client and candidate communicationUpdate ATS and daily trackers with accurate informationPartner with hiring managers to understand requirements and strategize sourcingMust-Have Skills & Experience:3-6 years of US recruitment experienceProven expertise in IT recruitment (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment across multiple domains (Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, etc.)Strong sourcing skills and ability to find niche talentExcellent communication and relationship management skillsExperience working from office in HyderabadWhy Join Us:Work on global US roles across IT & Non-ITGain exposure to multiple industries and technologiesCollaborative and growth-focused team environmentOpportunity to enhance your recruitment expertise for US clientsLocation: Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience: 3-6 YearsWork Type: Full-timeApply Today to join a team that is redefining US recruitment excellence
