Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Recruitment Specialist - Fresher to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in recruitment and talent acquisition, offering hands-on experience and training to excel in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screening Applicants:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for various roles.

Job Posting:

  • Create and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research to stay informed about recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Provide updates and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, managing correspondence, and supporting recruitment-related tasks.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus but not mandatory.
