Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist Fresher to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings: Create, update, and manage job advertisements to attract the best talent.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to stay updated with the recruitment landscape.

Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and applicant conversion rates.

Offer Management: Support the preparation and communication of job offers to selected candidates.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
