Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop customized staffing strategies that meet evolving business needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and research.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to support hiring goals.
  • Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.

Candidate Sourcing & Strategy:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods (e.g., passive talent searches, industry research, talent platforms) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Innovate recruiting techniques for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Conduct competitive market research to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in Automotive, Aerospace, Biotech, Medical Device, Pharma, or Clinical Research.
  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments with a focus on quality hires.
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
