We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various non-IT sectors, including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Education, Logistics, Hospitality, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job descriptions and client requirements for diverse non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles via telephonic interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or client teams.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term collaboration.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience recruiting for sectors such as BPO, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms.
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and metrics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage recruitment independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy.
  • Target-driven mindset and self-motivated personality.
