We're looking for a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand to new heights.
About the Role:
As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our brand strategy and communication. You will own the full brand lifecycle, from positioning to execution, ensuring alignment with our business goals. You will also play a key role in leading high-priority projects, including innovation and new product launches, driving category growth and penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens our market position and drives consumer engagement.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee brand communication across all channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and PR.
- Manage celebrity endorsements and design media strategy for impactful campaigns.
Digital Brand Building:
- Lead digital brand building initiatives across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive online sales and engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns and track performance.
New Age Marketing:
- Embrace and implement cutting-edge marketing techniques to reach and engage consumers.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 (Brand Manager, Social Media and Content Executive).
- Foster a high-performance culture and provide strategic direction to the team.
Agency Management:
- Lead relationships with advertising, digital, and media agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on FMCG, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce.
- Education: MBA from a reputed college.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record in handling large budgets, managing complex projects, and leading teams.
- Familiarity with media planning, brand communications, and celebrity endorsements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the snacks industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
