Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives for travel products, driving category sales and supporting sales channels through advertising, promotion, and branding activities.
  • Collaborate with design and creative agencies to execute new product launches, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and market trends.
  • Responsible for maintaining product health, tracking competition actions, and driving planning cycles, including long-range plans, profit plans, and operating plans.
  • Annual budgeting and performance tracking.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management or product management in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Fashion.
  • An MBA in Sales & Marketing from a premium B School.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15 lakhs - ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
