Travel Marketing Manager

Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing strategy that aligns with brands marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Work towards achieving the growth goals of the brand by increased conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and social media performance, focusing on successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to drive higher conversions.
- Use data- driven insights to experiment, enhance engagement, reach, and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Experience in SEO ( Ahrefs , SEMRush, Yoast SEO ), Google analytics, Google ads
- Knowledge in Eventbrite- for managing registrations, Trello- for tracking leads, ReferralCandy- For referral tracking
- HARO (Help a Reporter Out)- for connecting with travel writers, HubSpot- for email automation, Contently- for managing content collaborations, Marketo- for lead nurturing, Later- for content scheduling.
- HubSpot CRM- for tracking customer engagement, Hashtagify- for identifying trending hashtags, Klaviyo- for personalized email campaigns.
- SurveyMonkey- for surveys, Asana or Trello- for planning, Zendesk- for customer relationship management, Google Sheets- for tracking performance.
- Experience in SEO, Content marketing, social media marketing, campaigns (google, meta ads), email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hubspot), content marketing, influencer marketing ( AspireIQ , Gleam.io).
Skills Required
- 2-3 years of Experience in Digital marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content for conversions
